The Riverstone East Precinct will consist of a mix of housing types that allows greater choice for different household types. It is predominantly
accommodated with low density housing. Medium density housing is located around the village centre, schools and open spaces. Medium and high
density housing is located in proximity to Cudgegong Road station on the North West Rail Link in the adjacent Area 20 Precinct, to optimise convenient
