This part of the house offers flexible accommodation for a variety of uses and there is also potential, subject to the necessary planning consent, to convert the boarded loft space into further bedroom accommodation.



Full detailed planning permission was granted by Harrogate Borough Council on 17 July 2018 for a detached four bedroom house to be built within the existing gardens. (Ref 18/01588/FUL). Please contact the agent for further details.



The House on the Hill is approached through stone gate pillars up a tarmac drive. Electric wooden double gates with a separate pedestrian access gate lead to a private drive with ample parking and a double garage.
