Maintained by the Estate Manager, who is available on site 5 days a week to help residents, the properties within the park, are perfect as secure, well maintained homes for those looking for a country setting only moments away from the village High Street.
Like the external, the internal decorative condition is superb. The house is entered over a cobbled courtyard to a central reception hallway with the principle rooms to either side and access to the terrace behind. The kitchen, with plenty of room for dining, has an excellent range of wall and floor country shaker style units. Beyond the staircase, the dining room (which subject to any required permissions could be incorporated into the sitting room), is well positioned with views over the terrace to the trees and parkland behind and leads straight to the warm and spacious sitting room. Other than the cloakroom, each of the rooms on the ground floor benefits from a double aspect and lots of natural light.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms, 2 with en-suites. The master bathroom is a significant size whist both bedrooms have built-in storage. The third room is currently laid out as a study with storage and shelving in abundance but when removed, would make a super third bedroom. There is the option (again subject to any required permissions) to create a ‘Jack and Jill’ style or even private shower room for this bedroom as required.
