Thai/Balinese styled 4-bedroom villa on the oceanfront between Kata and Kata Noi beaches. Within an established managed, residential estate, the villa is arranged as four pavilions.
The front two pavilions are both two-story structures. One houses the dining area and minibar area above with a large living area below. The other has the main master bedroom and second bedroom both with ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom which opens directly onto its own private terrace and the pool is currently configured as a living/ entertaining room.
The front pavilions have sun terraces with seating.
At the rear are two single-story pavilions housing respectively the staff accommodation and kitchen and in the other the third bedroom with ensuite.
There is a pleasant 14 x 5 swimming pool situated in the front gardens. Between the pool and the sea are two relaxing areas, one a wooden sun bed area and the other a covered dining sala.
An open sunbathing deck hangs over the rooks in front and is complemented by a covered sala for dining/ shaded, oceanfront relaxation.
There is access to the rocks below the villa where one can sunbathe, fish or snorkel and swim. Kata Beach can be accessed, 150m away across the rocks.
There is a private entrance way directly from the villa garden to the 5 start Kata Rocks development.
The Kata Rocks apartment development is immediately next door and the villa will have it’s own private access to this prestigious development with the owner and their guests being able to use the resort facilities of lap pool, gym, spa, restaurant/bar etc.
The villa has parking at it’s rear in the common area car park and is then accessed via a 40m pathway through the estate gardens.
Ownership is by long term renewable lease of the land and direct freehold of the villa. Currently, the lease is in the name of a BVI company but can be made into a private name.
