7. Installation fee of utility meters for the unit and related deposit are under the buyer's responsibility.
8. Monthly common properties fee (yearly) of THB 75 per sq.m. for Investment Zone, total 3-year advance payment to be paid before Transfer of Ownership date.
9. Sinking fund of THB 600 per sq.m.(one-time payment) to be paid on the ownership transfer date.
10. Freehold fees of THB 300,000 for both One bedroom and Two bedrooms unit.
