Adjacent to the living area is the spacious dining

It is currently not furnished and could be used as a 4" guest bedroom as well as a staff apartment. Next to the bathroom a small laundry room can be found.

The villa is connected to community electricity and water access. The villa can also be supplied individually by water trucks. The property is walled on all sides and monitored by 6 CCTV cameras. The villa is currently maintained and serviced by an experienced off-site housekeeper for 9.000 THB per month.
