At the foot of the regal Mount Olympus of Evia Island, and in the outskirts of one of the most powerful and glorious cities of ancient Greece, Eretria, lies this magnificent estate, only 2km from the sea, enjoying a majestic sea-view (day & night).
It’s located only five minutes by car from the center of the lovely beach town of Eretria, only an hour’s drive from Athens (via the Chalkida bridge) or a 40 minute drive from Athens to Oropos, where one can take the ferry to Eretria (20’).
Modern Eretria was built in the place of the glorious ancient city-state, Eretria ("City of Rowers"), a dominant maritime, commercial and agricultural power, with colonies in the Aegean region and Southern Italy.
