The Hotel provides +/- 13,000 SF of flexible space including the 6,900-SF Gateway Ballroom. The Hotel also includes the 254-seat TGI Friday’s® Restaurant, 94-seat Cloud’s Restaurant and 30-seat Atrium Bar. Additional facilities and amenities include an indoor pool, fitness center, business center, and Market Pantry. This trade area contains a large concentration of blue-chip corporations in growing industries including Aerospace and Defense (Boeing-Defense, Space & Security and Commercial Divisions, GKN Aerospace), Argo/Bio-Tech and Pharmaceuticals (Express Scripts, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, 39 North Bio-Science District/Monsanto), and Manufacturing (Emerson Electric, Hussmann/Panasonic). The Crowne is generating almost $12.5 million in Total Revenue and completed an extensive $9.5 million renovation in spring 2013 to meet brand requirements.
