Chalet Balcon is located on the sunny side of the valley in the picturesque village of Verchaix en Haut at 800m altitude, surrounded by mountain views down the valley. Nearest access to the Grand Massif Ski Domaine is a 5 minute drive to Morillon gondola or 8 minutes to the neighbouring village of Samoens. Geneva’s international airport is just over an hour away.
Built in 2007 by a reputable local artisan, this south west facing chalet is nestled in a quiet sunny spot on 1200m2 of land amongst a scatter of residential chalets. The ski bus can be picked up in front of village school - 500m away.
Currently operating as a quality bed and breakfast, Chalet Balcon’s configuration equally welcomes a residential second home for entertaining family and friends.
