Cushman & Wakefield Global Hospitality Group has been retained by Omninet Hotel LP (the “Seller”) to offer for sale the fee simple interest in the 199-room Holiday Inn Evansville (the “Hotel”) located at 7101 U.S. Highway 41 North in Evansville, IN. The Hotel is situated in the Evansville, IN-KY metropolitan statistical area (“MSA”), the regional hub for the Illinois-Indiana-Kentucky Tri-State area and the third largest city in Indiana behind Indianapolis and Fort Worth. The Hotel is 1.5 miles from Evansville Regional Airport (4-minute shuttle ride) and is proximate to Evansville’s central business district with a variety of corporate, medical, manufacturing, and leisure demand generators.
Omninet Hotel LP acquired the Hotel in early 2011 and converted from a Marriott to a Holiday Inn in February 2011.
