The building’s year of construction is 1850, and it is carved at the gate of the yard. It is a three-level preserved tower house stone building, reconstructed in order to be in the present form by the supervision of the Ministry department which was in charge of.
The first owner of the house was a superior military officer family.
The central gate of the yard is made of both iron and wood of chestnut tree and it is a very good imitation of a gate of Agio Oros.
The floor of the ground floor is a work of the sculptor Hlias Kantzileris and the floor of the yard is extension of the ground floor.
The entrance door of the apartment of ground floor at the side of the road, as well as the two outside doors to the yard are totally made of iron with nails.
The roof has been totally reconstructed, after having been photographed in its previous situation.
The whole furnishing comes from 1900 year, except the beds.
Apart from the rest furnishing, in the decoration of the house are included wedding chestes , old time dowry from Mytilini , Samos and Macedonia.
The decoration also includes small collections of
Iron horse hights, Hookahs, decorative porcelain and handmade embroidery of the season.
Also in the bedroom on the 3rd floor there is a 2 meter-long Viennese carved mirror of the 1900s.
Outside and towards the courtyard there is a tower house that has been transformed into a separate house of guard or staff and communicates with the courtyard with an external stone staircase
In the yard there is a 1900s wood oven in full operation.
The restoration of the house has been done, as much as possible in its original form.
Provision has been made for its use in the form of a traditional guesthouse, suitable for accommodating 11 to 13 people, in four apartments and a breakfast room.
The house has central heating (heater) 2 fireplaces as well as solar water heaters
