The property is an old seventeenth-century stately home located in the north-east of Milan.
Originally composed of various buildings including the chapel dedicated to Santa Teresa, a farmhouse and other buildings for the servants and peasants, the part that is offered for sale is the central one of a certain stately importance, with the typical three-arched portico and the granite columns.
This portion of the whole complex, in addition to the central building, is composed of a perpendicular lateral building where there are various warehouses and garages and a large entrance courtyard with garden and, on the north side, a large garden entirely enclosed by a wall and a second entrance gate used mainly for green maintenance.
The ground floor of the building is made up of large halls with fireplaces and wooden ceilings with period frescoes.
On the first floor there are two independent apartments, each with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and living areas with separate kitchens, the latter recently renovated and inhabited by the owners, descendants of Mons. Biraghi who bought the complex in 1801.
The whole attic has characteristics to be used as a residential one, with an adequate renovation, given the high heights.
