The Green Parrot is operated primarily as an accommodation destination for tourists visiting the southern region of Belize. Additional business activities include: dining service, bar service, gift shop services and tour services. The Hotel License (annual renewal required) is current and up to date.
The property is unique in its design and location. There are a total of 8 housing units (2 thatched roof cabanas and 6 two story beach houses). There is a 2 bedroom owners unit.
