This new duplex with roof terrace and air conditioning is located on the 6th floor of the original cubist house, in an attractive location on the border of Prague Bubenec and Dejvice.
The apartment with a superior layout of 5 + kk is spread over two floors with a total area of 167 m². The entire interior has been sensitively renovated and is characterised by bright, airy spaces and a high standard of finish. New solid floors, a studio window, exposed beams and Artemide branded lighting complete the overall atmosphere of modern living.
In the lower part of the apartment there is a spacious living room connected to a bright corner kitchen (equipped with Electrolux appliances). The living room is connected to two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with a bathtub and a spacious dressing room. One of the bedrooms has a large studio window (10 m²) and can be used as an art studio or study. Ample storage space is further provided by built-in wardrobes in the entrance hall and a storage area on the upper floor next to the second kitchenette.
