Essència Sarrià is a development consisting of 12 homes with a modern, timeless design.
Parquet and porcelain stoneware floors in bathrooms and terraces, exterior carpentry in white lacquered aluminum with Climalit double glazing with air chamber, a mechanical ventilation system with heat recovery and video intercom. The set of exterior carpentry and glazing will ensure Energy Saving and Noise Protection, increasing the comfort level of the house.
The kitchens come fully equipped and furnished with a modern design of high and low furniture of large capacity, equipped with induction hob with active carbon filter, built-in oven and microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer paneled.
Ducted air conditioning and underfloor heating with an aerothermal system that also serves for the production of domestic hot water. All this benefits from a home automation system for the control of lights, air conditioning and heating system, as well as the alarm.
Inside the entrance hall we will find a careful combination of flooring, cladding and finishes with top quality materials that together with a selection of details will give the entrance hall a pleasant access space to the apartments. The building will have an outdoor communal swimming pool on the roof with a solarium area.
The two pillars on which this project is built are the spaciousness of the dwellings and the delicate landscape and environmental harmony that has been pursued from the beginning, considering the common garden areas as an extension of the natural environment that surrounds it.
The building has a garage for vehicle access with an automatic door operated by remote control. The garage and storage rooms are accessed directly from the elevator, through lobbies. The garages will have a pvc channel with cover and separating partition for future installation of electric vehicle recharging. The storage rooms will be painted and the floor will be tiled with stoneware tiles. The garage pavement will be of troweled concrete floor, natural color and quartz powder finish.
