On the property there is an old and elegant stone milling structure -a quarry that gives its name to the property- which operated until the late 1950´s. There are still important stockpiles of broken stone of different sizes and important outcrops of natural stone for potential use in the construction of houses and roads.
The main house and the guest house are located about 200 m above sea level on the western slope of the Sierra (sunset view), and were designed entirely with local stones by architect Horacio Ravazanni. A third house is located near the entrance of the property, at sea level.
