Art Deco house of ± 299 m² built in 1928 by architect Jules Lippens located in the Miljoenenkwartier, close to the Paul de Smet de Naeyer Park. On the ground floor there is a beautiful hall, reception room on the street side, dining room with restored stained glass window and the kitchen provides access to a cozy city garden. On the first floor, 2 large light-filled rooms, with an authentic fireplace, herringbone parquet and large windows overlooking the wide avenue. The 2nd floor has 4 more bedrooms, each with washbasin and 1 with bathroom. The house has a basement and there is an underground garage. The Art Deco style was continued in this house down to the smallest details: the joinery was custom designed, staircase, fireplace, suspended ceilings with integrated lighting and mouldings, floors, ... all blend perfectly. Other: the house was renovated in 2013, double-glazed windows, the facades have been restored, a new gas boiler and insulation have been installed under a new roof.
