To the South, one has a clear view of the Caribbean Sea, Turtle Beach, Scotch Bonnet Hill, and Cockleshell Bay where one can see the constant flow of traffic of the water taxis.
Of all the land lots on Turtle Beach, owing to its large size, Lot 24 is the only one with permission written into the deeds to allow for two dwellings to be built, if the plot were to be subdivided.
