At the end of the 17th century the farmhouse was managed by the order of the Hospitallers. Hence the religious elements found on the second floor and the main floor. Historians note that the farmhouse received pilgrims or walkers who were welcomed to rest, so the hotel was already a lodging even in the seventeenth century.
Between 2014 to 2017 the hotel was completely remodelled by a renowned architect. It is currently positioned as a Boutique Spa Hotel (4*), offering a service of excellence that is sustainable and integrated in nature.
