Located in the yachting gated community of Jan Sofat lies this unique waterfront villa with its own pier and scenic views, Jan Sofat 29W.
The 7 bedroom-, 6.5 bathroom- property of approximately 470 m² lies on an inclining waterfront lot including pier of 1,338 m² on one of Jan Sofat peninsula’s providing immediate access to Spanish Water’s aquatic activities.
Its declining lot creates a one story feel on the driveway while the two stories are only seen if on the water and experienced in the interior. From the gate the driveway leads you below to the garage on the right. To the right steps also take you below past bedrooms to the ground floor and covered terrace below. You are welcomed by extraordinary views of the Spanish Water and tropical landscaping courtesy of the ceiling to floor windows of the living/dining area, framing the view as you enter. Here on the foyer lies four bedrooms, one en suite bedroom with bathroom to the right, next to the left two special bedrooms sharing one bathroom followed by the master ensuite bedroom. The first bedroom is more adventurous featuring an attic reachable by a rope ladder while the other bedroom is more for performers featuring a custom stage and balcony attic.
