A beautiful and well appointed apartment comprising three bedrooms, four and one half baths, a large reception/living space and office, situated on the ninth floor of The Cliff at Cupecoy on the Dutch side of the island of St Maarten.
The apartment offers a limitless water view over the Caribbean with the island of Saba taking center stage and St. Eustatius in the distance and below the beautiful pristine beaches of Mullet Bay and Cupecoy. The rear of the apartment overlooks the scenic Cupecoy village and the Simpson Bay lagoon beyond.
The entrance opens into a spacious reception/living area entirely fronted by the azur ocean view and featuring marble flooring throughout. A stylish monochrome and open-plan kitchen is situated to the right with a breakfast bar, black countertops and appliances by Whirlpool and Frigidaire and white cabinetry. On the opposite side of the living area is a TV viewing corner overlooking the ocean and glass sliding doors open from the main living space onto a covered balcony, furnished for outdoor dining and lounging.
