This luxurious villa with a gross floor area of 993 m2 and a net living area of 750 m2, was designed by well-known architect Ed Veenendaal, with the principles of maximum privacy on the street side and large windows, with lots of air and light, to the south-oriented garden. His characteristic curved shapes are reflected in several places in the design. The sunny garden was designed by landscape architect Robert Broekema.
