The building has retained all its original architectural and ornamental features. The traditional decorations mostly bear close comparison to the Régence or Rococo features of the Louis XV style. Located on a plot of ± 35 ares, the main building, between courtyard and garden, is separated from the street by the former communal parts of the property, which is therefore accessed by a large porch giving onto the courtyard with 2 garages.
