Welcome to this beautiful architect villa situated on the edge of Collserola natural park. In a private and safe neighborhood of the quaint village of El Papiol only 20 minutes drive from Barcelona, this is the perfect escape.
This villa, of 450 build m2 as per the cadastre, is formed of 4 levels and built in a homogeneous blend of wood, cement and glass, which reflects beautifully the surrounding greenery.
On the lower level there is a 3 car garage and bathroom. the elevator or staircase will then lead you up to the rest of the house.
The 1st level is divided between a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large third area that can be divided in to 3 separate rooms with large sliding walls, enabling to adapt the space to your needs for more working space or bedrooms for example.
