Payment
Unlike other Estate Agent Enviro Estates will pay your rental income within 14 days after receiving the money.

Our team of Cantonese and Mandarin speak letting team look after your property as if it their own. Depending on the level of service you choice Enviro Estates

Client Money Protection
We have total loss client money protection (CMP) through our membership with UKALA. Underwritten by A-rated insurers Hiscox, CMP is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK. This means that your money, whilst in our hands, is fully insured and recoverable to the full amount.

The Property Redress Scheme
Enviro Estates is a member of a government recognised redress scheme providing full protection for both the landlord and tenant.

We will undertake viewings with prospective tenants. If a tenant shows interest and would like to proceed, we will request the tenant pay a holding deposit. We will contact you providing update
Tenancy check is undertaken currently with Good2Rent, but we may use another verified reference agency from time to time. Upon the result of the reference check, we will inform you of the outcome and if you would like to proceed to rent the property with this tenant we will request you complete a Landlord Approval Form.

An inventory will be undertaken. The tenant will be sent a tenancy agreement which they can sign online. They will be requested usually to pay one month’s rent upfront plus a deposit equal to one month. This deposit is protected with the TDS
(Custodial)

Online Ticket System
We have an online ticket system for tenants to register maintenance, repair or general requests. This is automatically acknowledged and assigned to the relevant member of staff. Enviro Estates member of staff is able to respond to the tenant through the ticket system online, by email or via an App on their phone – so no matter where they are we can respond.
Furthermore, the online ticket system sends regular alerts to ensure that we meet our 3 day target for dealing and responding to all requests.
