This ocean front property, with approx. 35 ft elevation (i.e. serious protection if any concerns re storms or global warming!) is situated on the up-scale and security conscious Ocean Point Drive: meaning all toys - jet skis, kayaks boats etc.- are allowed direct from your own deck! These activities cover the needs of the more energetic members of your crew while the Villa itself, sitting high above it all, along with its direct and deeded access to the gorgeous white sandy Taylor Bay beach, provides all the peace and serenity that their total opposite numbers crave and love! Mariposa is a wanna-be-4-bedroom Villa (which also has plenty of land for a separate guest house) currently presenting as a 3 bed, 3 bath ocean front, turquoise-view drenched, sturdy and serene island home. Sitting on Mariposa’s top deck is like being in a ship’s crow’s nest; the eye is directed to, and mesmerized by, the vast expanse of glistening ocean, automatically generating a meditative relaxed state of mind and body. While the lower (and huge) sunbathing deck is at sea level i.e. sitting directly over the ocean! After a day of lazy lounging or busy action, relax on this deck and watch for multiple shooting stars any night of the week: but be sure to remember to roll over and watch out for the glow worms underneath you after every full moon! This Villa is a post and beam (cypress) original build and has been beautifully maintained and upgraded without losing its classic integrity nor its own style and personality.
