Located in a commanding position over Val di Chiana, L’Oleandro enjoys a 180-degree panorama from Monte Cetona to Sarteano to Chianciano up to Montepulciano and Chiusi Alto.
Oleandro is just a few kilometres from Città della Pieve, a beautiful medieval city, which preserves elements from the Renaissance, Baroque, Rococo and Neoclassical periods in its historic buildings. During the year, folk, artistic and cultural events take place which make it a pleasant and interesting meeting place.
Its proximity to the A1 motorway and high-speed trains, which stop at Chiusi (Rome and Florence in just 90 minutes!) make it easily accessible and well connected to airports and nearby cities.
The property was completely restored in 2000 by the previous owners and the current owner has enhanced it with a fenced swimming pool and improvements both inside and outside. The floors are in handmade terracotta and the ceilings have beams. Brick arches divide the various rooms.
