The estate is easily accessed and provided with all the services by the nearby town (18km; 25'). The location is very convenient to move throughout the most interesting and renowned towns of Tuscany: the Sant'Antimo abbey which gave its name to a famous wine (28km; 40'), the papal Pienza (40km; 50'), Montepulciano with its Nobile wine (54km; 1h 10'), the beautiful Siena (60km; 1h 15'), Grosseto (60km; 1h), the beautiful seaside of Castiglione della Pescaia (81km; 1h 20') and Follonica (100km; 1h 25') and the Renaissant Florence (131km; 2h 15').
The most convenient airports to reach the property are Grosseto Baccarini (64km; 1h), Perugia Sant'Egidio (127km; 2h), Firenze Peretola (142km; 2h 10'), Pisa Galilei (208km; 2h 25'), Roma Ciampino (236km; 3h 10') and Roma Fiumicino (229km; 2h 40').
