Easily reached and provided with all the necessary services in the nearby town (4km; 10'), the property is located at the border between Tuscany and Umbria and allows easily moving and visiting the most interesting centers of the two regions: the thermal facilities of San Casciano dei Bagni, Chiusi, hometown of the dire Etruscan king Porsena, Castiglione del Lago on the Trasimeno Lake, the papal Pienza, the beautiful Orvieto, the Etruscan town of Cortona, Bolsena overlooking the homonym lake, Montalcino and its excellent Brunello wine, Perugia, Saturnia, the beautiful medieval city of Siena, the Renaissant Florence, San Gimignano with its imposing towers and the Etruscan city of Volterra.
The most convenient airport to reach the property is without a doubt Perugia San Francesco (67km; 1h 15') but all the airports of Central italy are quickly reached as well: Grosseto Baccarini (121km; 2h 10'), Firenze Vespucci (150km; 1h 45'), Roma Ciampino (172km; 2h), Roma Fiumicino (187km; 2h), Pisa Galilei (211km; 2h 25') and Bologna Marconi (232km; 2h 35').
