Belmont House is located in one of the most popular areas of Tortola for both holiday and rental investment properties or equally popular long-term private residences. This particularly well-built concrete stucco property has proven itself to be a catagory 5/6 hurricane resilient home. It survived the storm beautifully with only minimal repairs.
