In the bustling touristic area of Vista Royal in Jan Thiel and directly across the Morena Resort lies this two-story tropical villa.
Vista Royal N-7 benefits from the location with sidewalk and curb parking. Having entered the gate, the blend of modern design with traditional aspects will captivate you. The villa is square in shape with the grand terrace, larger than 80m ² , wrapping around the second floor. Large blue retractable shades give a pop of color to the white of the structure.
Walking onto the pebbled garden encircling the villa you will arrive at the open tiled garage fit for two cars. The ground floor which serves as parking, storage, entrance and additional rooms can be easily used as an apartment or guest space. To the right of the garage a large storage space neatly covered by automatic shutters and to the left a smaller nook for laundry.
Through the main door you arrive in the hallway connecting the living/dining and sleeping space. This lower level has two bedrooms, the first one a bit smaller, followed by the shared bathroom and the larger bedroom at the end of the hall. This last bedroom opens onto the covered terrace enjoying garden views. The kitchen and living room are on the right, with all the kitchen appliances one needs and even a dishwasher that has never been used. The open designed kitchen and living area opens with sliding doors onto the covered terrace. The garden has a tropical feel with island greenery spread around and the use of lush shrubbery covering the fence.
