We offer you to purchase an apartment in one of the most impressive and certainly most valuable locations in the capital city of Lithuania – at the intersection of Stiklių and Gaono streets. The apartment is found in a building dating back to the 16th century and reconstructed in 2008. This street can be detected in the oldest maps of Vilnius – it once was part of the Jewish residential quarter.
A closed residential area has only 17 splendid apartments in total. The one offered by us is one of the most “eloquent”: restored original authentic frescos, three fireplaces, impressive spaces and windows looking directly to the legendary Stikliai hotel. As the apartment is found on the third floor of the building, it overlooks a wonderful view of the Old Town’s roofs and churches of magnificent architecture. Other windows are directed to a calm courtyard. The apartment is well-lighted with much of the sun coming in, the windows face east and west.
The building has an elevator which will take you directly to the elaborate two-leaved door of your apartment. You can also take the elevator to the underground parking lot where you can purchase two parking spaces.
