The Villa is located at an extension of the Herenweg, the Achterbos in Vinkeveen. Together with the places Abcoude, Mijdrecht, Waverveen and Wilnis, Vinkeveen forms the municipality of De Ronde Venen.
The old center of Vinkeveen, with its historic buildings, is close by. Vinkeveen has a shopping centre for your daily shopping, various (primary) schools and sports clubs. Vinkeveen is centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht, near roads (highway A2 and N201) and (primary) schools are also in the vicinity.

As the owner of this spacious thatched villa, with four spacious bedrooms and a spacious newly built barn at the back, you live next to your own piece of water with a private jetty which is directly connected to the Vinkeveense Plassen.
The ensemble consists of two cadastral plots with a total floor area of 2,300 m2. Ground floor.
