Apartment in a building constructed in the 19th century on Gediminas Avenue and located in a backyard is available for sale. The apartment is distinct for its design which received global recognition when it was included in top 10 designs in the interior design competition organised by the Society of British and International Interior Design in 2018. The luxurious premises is arranged in an extremely functional manner and stretches over two floors. Every space in the apartment has been well considered. The first level features a lounge with integrated wardrobes, a bathroom, a spacious living room with the dining area and a kitchen containing a kitchen island. The main focus in the living room falls on a fireplace with a glass hatch in the ceiling which is a channel of light coming through roof windows on the second floor. The second floor of the apartment contains a very big space for relaxation and work. The bedroom is separated from the study by a sliding door; meanwhile, the bathroom is isolated by a glass wall, which conveys the feeling of spaciousness. Naturally, the installation of this sophisticated apartment required considerable investments. High quality materials were used: Karelia hardwood (oak) flooring, walnut, oxidised metal, glass, renewed authentic 19th century brick masonry.
