This Neo-Renaissance villa from the early 20th century is located in Dobřichovice, an attractive location 23 km from the centre of Prague. The villa is set in a beautiful garden with mature trees in a quiet part of the village called Brunšov, close to the Brda forests.
The villa is spread over four floors. It is connected to the garden by four entrances, both from the ground floor and the first floor, and also has three terraces. The ground floor is occupied by two guest rooms with bathroom, kitchen, lounge, gym, laundry room and facilities for cleaning and garden.
The first floor is dominated by a large living area with fireplace, connected to a generous study and on the other side to the kitchen with access to the terrace. The living room opens onto a beautiful conservatory. On the second floor we find the master bedroom with a spacious dressing room, bathroom and access to the terrace, as well as 3 more children's bedrooms with bathroom, dressing room and playroom.
