A fine Grade II listed village house beautifully presented with views over the surrounding countryside.Royal Oak House is a charming Grade II listed house recorded as dating back to the 1800s with later additions. The current owners have owned the house since 2015. During their ownership they have carried out an extensive renovation and remodelling programme to create an incredibly comfortable and extremely well-presented village house. Their attention to detail and quality of workmanship is of particular note.The welcoming reception hall provides access to the drawing room as well as the kitchen. The drawing room is L-shape with an inglenook fireplace with wood burning stove. Beyond the drawing room is the study which is beautifully fitted with oak bookcases and cupboards and has French windows out to the garden and further door to the front drive. Adjacent to the study is a ground floor guest bedroom with adjoining shower room. The study and guest bedroom would lend themselves to creating a self contained annexe.
