Ground Floor
This ''Stadse Villa'' has two front doors, one at 142 Lange Haven and one at 9 Korte Dam. As soon as you step inside you are in a recently renovated hall. The black steel doors give a modern and sleek atmosphere. Through a door in the steel/glass front you will continue and find yourself in the kitchen annex dining room. The room is heated or cooled by a floor and air heating system. There is a functional cast floor over the entire first floor.
The kitchen has a 3.2-meter-long kitchen island. The kitchen is handleless and specially built for this home with black and oak accents. The kitchen is equipped with a Siemens oven/microwave, a steam oven, a plate warmer, a large Miele hob with built-in extractor and a Siemens dishwasher. Furthermore, two generous refrigerators and a separate freezer. Of course, the Quooker cannot be missing in this kitchen.
