LAYOUT

Ground floor:
Behind the original, wooden front door is the entrance with a panel door with Art Deco details. You then enter the hallway with stained-glass decoration.
Along the corridor are the toilet room, the white lacquered staircase with original woodwork and access to the basement with water tap and vaulted ceiling. On the right side is the living room with kitchen.
The downstairs space is large due to the recently completed addition.
There are sitting areas and a striking wood-burning stove in the living room.
The living kitchen features a sleek wall unit with cabinetry in off-white with matte finish. Furthermore, a generous kitchen island with identical surround, spacious drawers and a worktop of oiled oak. Also: a square stainless steel sink with faucet, a Quooker and an induction cooktop with slide function and down draft exhaust system (Siemens).
Through the living room you enter the utility room with pantry with cabinets, sink and a second built-in dishwasher. Also located here are the meter cupboard and connections for a washer and dryer. Furthermore, the hybrid heat pump, the solar boiler with control system for the solar collectors, the inverter of the solar panels, a fiber optic connection and the underfloor heating unit.
The utility room gives access to the practice room which also has its own entrance. The practice has a sink with water filtration system. There is also a separate toilet room.

All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and, except for the toilet rooms, have a floor of PVC parquet with wood look.

The barn/garage has underfloor heating, plenty of storage space and wooden, French doors. The control unit of the ventilation system and the dust collection of a central vacuum system are installed here.

First Floor:
The original, wide staircase leads to the landing containing the two bedrooms, bathroom and staircase to the attic. The front bedroom has a built-in closet. On the other side is the master bedroom with walk-in closet.
The bathroom has a tiled floor, sink with two basins, bathtub, walk-in shower and a hanging closet. All faucets are built-in.

All floors, except the bathroom, have laminate flooring. The rooms are equipped with low temperature radiators. In the bathroom there is underfloor heating.

Attic:
The attic is accessible via a fixed staircase.

Garden:
On either side of the house is parking space. Behind the garden is a covered bicycle shed.
On the left, the outdoor space leads to the entrance to the practice room and to the shed/garage.

The gazebo is brand new, isolated, air conditioned and surrounded with a terrace. Inside a conservatory-like living room with sliding glass doors, kitchen, bedroom, toilet room and a bathroom.

- All ceilings are equipped with spotlights with dimming function.
