This detached house (built in 2020) borders a protected nature reserve 'Meertje de Waal'. Only luxurious and durable materials have been used on a plot of no less than 14,165 m2. Truly a gem along the Vleerdamsedijk in Rockanje.
The garden surrounding the house has a large lawn and several flower beds with ornamental grasses. The bushes of lampshade grass give you that vacation feeling immediately. In addition to the bright house and the view, there is also an outbuilding which is fully equipped. This space is perfect for use as a workspace/office or even a home for informal care.
LAYOUT:
Ground floor:
Spacious hall with loft gives access to the living room, toilet with hand basin, meter cupboard, staircase to the 1st floor and access to the kitchen. The floor is natural stone with underfloor heating and cooling. The two pivot doors take you to the living room and kitchen. The living kitchen is bright through the use of many windows. Through two doors you can walk onto the terrace behind the house. The kitchen has a white cooking and sink island with an induction hob (Bora) with integrated extractor. A faucet with Quooker, lots of storage space and a granite top. On the other side a spacious cabinetry with wooden fronts equipped with a tall refrigerator, steam oven and a combination oven.
The living room is bright with windows on three sides and double doors to the terrace. Between the living room and kitchen, the utility room can be reached. The utility room has a closet with the location of the heat pump (WTW system) and opposite for the washer and dryer. Also here is a door with access to the terrace at the rear. The walls of the living room, kitchen, hallway and utility room have smooth stucco and partly luxury wallpaper for a rich look.
1st floor:
