The building Aquitania is the first of 4 buildings that follow the success of Park Central and Quay Central residential development delivered by Romal Capital (lead by Greg Malouf who is responsible for doing a number of similar projects to reinvigorate Sydney’s waterfront).
The same model will be replicated here - each further phase will be released at a higher price point than the previous phase, effectively lifting the value in the area and providing significant banked equity for those who invest at the early stages. This will be compounded by the extensive development of the surrounding area by Peel Land & Property.
Peel Land & Property are responsible for developing other huge landmark sites and master schemes such as MediaCity, The Trafford Centre, The Lowry, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, The Imperial War Museum etc.
It is now Peel’s vision to regenerate and transform former industrial sites on dockland, canal, and river banks into attractive and sustainable waterfront living locations that will bring new infrastructure, public realm, and environmental improvements to the region. The mixed-use schemes will feature commercial, retail, educational, and leisure opportunities.
