A very bright corner apartment on the 13th floor, finished to a very high quality throughout and with spectacular view of the Zuidas and fields of the Amsterdam Football Club. The living area is approximately 141 m2. It has three bedrooms, a sunny west-facing balcony, a parking space in the underground parking garage, and a separate storage space in the basement.
The apartment is part of the Eurocenter complex completed in 2006. This particular apartment was reduced to a shell in 2014 and completely rebuilt to a much higher specification and is consequently more luxurious than the other apartments in the building of the same type.
There are no ceiling moldings nor radiators in the design. Instead, underfloor heating has been installed, adjustable per room with individual thermostats.
