A very bright corner apartment on the 13th floor, finished to a very high quality throughout and with spectacular view of the Zuidas and fields of the Amsterdam Football Club. The living area is approximately 141 m2. It has three bedrooms, a sunny west-facing balcony, a parking space in the underground parking garage, and a separate storage space in the basement.
The apartment is part of the Eurocenter complex completed in 2006. This particular apartment was reduced to a shell in 2014 and completely rebuilt to a much higher specification and is consequently more luxurious than the other apartments in the building of the same type.
There are no ceiling moldings nor radiators in the design. Instead, underfloor heating has been installed, adjustable per room with individual thermostats. Heating and hot water are provided by economical district heating. The entire house benefits from a chic warm grey synthetic resin cast floor, seamlessly cast.
The apartment, which served as a show home, was only taken into use in 2016, but even then was rarely occupied (less than 18 months) because the owners live abroad. It is in excellent condition.
The building has a very spacious and beautifully decorated entrance hall, with a caretaker's desk, works of art by Tajiri, and a sitting area for receiving guests or holding informal meetings.

The building is equipped with central ventilation with the highest specifiable particulate filters and emits purified air of 19° into the apartment all year round at a speed that can be set by the resident (3 settings).
Fiber optic internet is installed.
Location:
Living on the bustling Zuidas in an environment with international allure and amenities. It is ideally located with fast connections to key roads and the ring to the A10. It is close to Amsterdam city centre, but also very green with the Amstelpark and Beatrixpark just around the corner. RAI station is 175m from the apartment: 10 minutes to Schiphol Airport, and connections to the entire country; one stop from Zuid station. Tram line 4 also starts here, which runs directly to the city centre. Within 100 m is the free GP bus that shuttles every half hour to the luxurious Gelderlandplein shopping centre with its abundant amenities. There are numerous restaurants and smaller eateries in the vicinity.
