Reef Tides is a tropical retreat, embracing the amazing elevated north shore ocean views. One of the original homes within the Blue Mountain community, it now finds itself amongst several new luxury villas, and the low-density Rock House Resort to the west and Beach Enclave North Shore to the east. The owners have enjoyed this lovely vacation home for many years, and it has also been a successful short-term rental with many repeat guests. The home with its five separate structures, living/dining room, kitchen, and 3-bedrooms on the upper level, featuring vaulted ceilings and louvered windows, was designed for Caribbean outdoor living with every room opening out towards the ocean and connected by shaded walkways and tropical gardens. The central courtyard is the gathering place providing multiple dining and lounging options alongside the pool. The protected, outdoor living room on the east overlooks the pool, the turquoise ocean waters and enjoys the sunset views towards the west. On the lower level there is a 4th bedroom and a 1-bedroom apartment with private patio, currently the caretaker’s home as well as a laundry room and storage area. A limestone walkway leads down to the waterfront with two shaded gazebos and a staircase down to a low-tide beach. Additionally, there is an attached garage, multiple parking spaces, and an artist’s cottage.
