Located in Playa del Cura is this picturesque house, called “Casa Rosa”. This detached property is unique in this area due to its build typology, it consists of two semi-detached houses, an apartment, several terraces with gardens and a swimming pool.
Despite the fact that the property needs some refurbishments, the potential of this place is unmatched. Oriented towards the south, therefore offering a commanding view to the sea, and in roughly a 6-minute walk you will find yourself on the cosy beach of Playa del Cura.
