Sotheby’s Int. Realty Czech Republic offers for sale a unique 7+1 villa with a spacious garden in Roztoky near Prague. Villa, designed by architect Ivo Švábenský was built in 2004 . In the year 2010, the magazine Můj dům named this property the best family house in the Czech Republic.
Villa Harmonie creates the impression of a mountain chalet thanks to modern architecture and the use of natural materials. Although the house has 3 floors, only two can be seen from the south, because the villa is located on a slope with a seven-meter height difference. From the north side there is access to the road and a mature garden with 20 types of roses, including a garden pond with lotuses and a waterfall.
