This classic Georgian property was built by the renowned architect Thomas Baldwin circa 1789 as part of The Bathwick Estate and is the former residence of the British Prime Minister William Pitt. Meticulously restored, it is now presented as an elegant family home with a truly luxurious feel all complemented by the hand built and crafted fixtures, fittings and restored fine architectural detail throughout. Being double fronted, each floor is light and spacious with high ceilings, period fireplaces all served via a traditional stone cantilevered staircase.
