It is allowed to build a single family detached house, with a construction area of 330 m2, max 2 floors, max height from the land till the roof ridge – 10 m, roof slope - 25-45 degrees. It is prohibited to build closer than 25 m to the coastline, water protection zone is 10 m and coastal path 4 m. It is a very quiet and prestigious location. Picturesque sandy beach and the sea are located only in a few minutes’ walk away from the land plots.
