Located in the Palapa Beach Resort on the Caracasbaai bay lies this ocean front penthouse Palapa 25.
The development lies on a peninsula stretching out on the turquoise bay overlooking the Vista Royal cliffs and the scenic hill with fort. Forming part of the yachting community, Palapa is situated in front of marina’s and on the bay before heading into Spanish Water. The 3 bedroom-, 3.5 bathroom-, penthouse of 233 m² is situated on the outermost buildings of the complex, near to the gated resort’s swimming pool.
The open layout of the living and dining welcome you inside. Large glass sliding doors on each end provide tropical breeze and views over the resort & Spanish Water Bay to the left and the Caracasbaai bay/beach on the right.
