The alleys are made of cubic granite stone dating from the interwar period that dot the courtyard. The garden with winding alleys has a lush vegetation at maturity. The base of the house is hand-carved and finished with stone dust that reminds us of mangrove roots. The building has 3 entrances, 2 in the front and one behind the house. The front door, as well as the carpentry throughout the house, is made of Siberian larch wood and stained glass. The stained glass windows that can be found throughout the house are handmade using the Tiffany technique. In the entrance hall we are greeted by the vortex-shaped ceiling.
