Due to personal circumstances these owners find themselves keen to sell their business they created from an empty office space in a strata titled bldg.
W/ a permit for 2x FTE GP's, there are 2x CR's & a treatment rm. The male GP used to work in the practice w/ another Dr until 2 yrs ago when he became the solo dr. During the COVID pandemic, all consults were telehealth & his patient income decreased accordingly. This is however, the only GP clinic in the suburb with the next closest GP clinic being over 7 min drive away.
