The developers have achieved this by surrounding the area of GreenCasa with lush greenery in the form of a 25 acre central park and by including cul-de-sac road networks throughout the township. Rarely heard of in Asian suburban neighborhoods, a cul-de-sac is a circular dead end. The use of cul-de-sac is shown to reduce traffic on residential streets; thus, reducing noise, air pollution and the probability of accidents. The cul-de-sac street is also an excellent employment of Crime Prevention through Environmental Design (CPTED) by the architects of CyberSouth. This decrease in traffic, in turn, is thought to lower the incidence of crime because in most cases the people who traverse the cul-de-sac either live there or are guests of those who do. This in turn promotes natural surveillance among neighbors i.e. a strange vehicle in the cul-de-sac would automatically alert neighbors of a possible undesirable visitor.
The township of CyberSouth where GreenCasa is located qualifies more like a pit stop instead of a nearby town with around 38 km to KL city center through the Maju Expressway (MEX) and around 41 km through Damansara Puchong Highway (LDP) to the nearest town in Selangor, Petaling Jaya. As one always hears, there’s always a brighter side to things, you just have to look closely enough, which in this case applies true. Cyberjaya is around 6 km while Putrajaya is around 13 km of distance. The KL International Airport is around 20 km from CyberSouth. Consequently, CyberSouth is more appropriate for busy working individuals and people who wish to raise their family away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Although there are a few leisure pursuits nearby in the form of Cyber Valley Commercial Center a few minutes away and Alamanda shopping mall in Putrajaya about 16 km away. But fret not, as modern shopping malls are the only amenity lacking in this town with other important amenities such as Hospital Putrajaya about 10 km away and educational institutions such as SK Dengkil, SMK Dengkil, and UiTM Dengkil located in around 2 km proximity.
The township itself is fully updated with facilities in the community clubhouse and central park. The clubhouse grants residents access to a swimming pool, gym and other recreational amenities. The central park in the meantime, provides a more nature friendly access to recreation with jogging and cycling tracks, forest and riverside walks, and landscaped gardens. While a lot has been said about the surrounding of GreenCasa, not much was mentioned about the residence itself. The double storey terrace houses up to 418 units.
